There’s an Engert’s Latch for every door. This is the big one with a long bolt, designed for doors, garden gates, tool sheds, animal stalls, and many other applications.

The Heavy Duty Handle Latch (Stock No. 98HL) shown above is approximately 4-3/4 inches wide with a 3/8-inch steel rod and a zinc die-cast mounting plate. Available in zinc finish only, it also comes with a flat plate (shown below) providing extra security for wall or door jam installation. Mounting screws provided.
